Submissions

In order to submit a contribution, you need to create an account on our website first. Abstract submission will be open from July 2020 while the registration and booking portal will open from March 2021. Once you are logged in with your account, you are able to submit contributions as well as register for conference attendance.

We welcome contributions from researchers and industrial representatives. Authors wishing to make concurrent session presentations must submit an abstract that briefly describes the research topic to be presented.
The abstract must be no more than two pages in length and the templates above have to be used. All abstracts must conform the format structure outlined in the template and must be submitted online.

Presenter attendance at the conference

At least one author of an accepted paper or poster must pay the registration fee and attend the conference to present the paper or poster. Authors will be notified by 15th April 2021 of the status of their presentation or poster. Multiple submissions by individuals or groups of authors are welcome, but the abstract selection process will seek to ensure as broad participation as possible. Each author may therefore present only one paper or one poster.
